How long does free shipping take?:
Our free shipping option is delivered via USPS or FedEx, and takes anywhere from 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped from one of our fulfillment centers in NJ, FL, or CA.Do you offer discreet packaging?We understand not everyone is down with the dank.For your privacy, all packages are shipped in unmarked brown or standard USPS boxes with a return address labelled "RZ Distribution Inc".
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all USA orders (except HI & AK) . You may choose to purchase faster shipping ranging from 3-Day to Guaranteed Next Day Delivery at checkout.
How long until my order ships?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you may track it.
Do you offer international shipping?
We offer international shipping to an ever-growing list of countries around the world. A complete list of available countries is available within the shipping stage of checkout. Orders over $300 receive FREE International Shipping.
What if my item breaks during shipping?
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, Raz Smokes will replace it at no cost. Simply notify our support team within 72 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and damaged item(s). We'll take care of the rest. Don't throw anything away until you speak with a rep; we might need the package back! In the event you're asked to ship a package back, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Does RZ Wholesale impose an age requirement for ordering and shipping products?
Yes. RZ Smokes has the right to refuse the sale of products to any person under the legal age to purchase tobacco products/vapor products according to their local laws. We also has the right to ask customers to provide proof of age and all other information required for PACT ACT compliance.
What methods of shipping does RZ offer?:
Our standard and express shipping is through UPS, FedEx. We also offer shipping methods through freight forwards and LTL shipping lines. Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, RZ has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, without any special exceptions. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us on our website. Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5 working days, We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition. While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
DECLINE SHIPMENT?
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
DELAYED AND LOST SHIPMENTS?
Shipments can experience delays and complications beyond our control. While we will make every effort to work with the carriers on your behalf to locate and expedite these shipments, customers assume full responsibility for their packages as soon as they have been shipped from (FOB Shipping Point). RZ Smokes will not take any responsibility for lost package or wrong address.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) & COMMERCIAL ADDRESSES?
We are not able to provide cod services due to some restriction. Because of federal and state regulations requiring age verification, RZ Smokes ships to commercial addresses only. Shipments to residential addresses or post office boxes will canceled without warning.
Return Policy
All sales are final. Due to subjectivity in taste and personal preferences, we are unable to return, exchange or refund any E-Liquids. All E-Liquid sales are FINAL.
We accept returns for defective goods within 7 days of purchase, with the exception of e-liquids, pods, closed system cartridges. The Products must also be deemed DOA (Dead Upon Arrival) for us to issue a return/exchange, and we cannot accept returns/exchanges on used hardware. All returns will be replaced with a new item. If we do not have that style in stock, we will issue you a credit to your account. Please note that if we receive your return and upon inspection deem it not damaged or deem the item has been tampered with, we will return it to you. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
